HOTEL RESERVATION DISCOUNT RATE
Get your Hotel reservations in, and be sure and ask for the "HAMCON discount" and mention the code name HAMHAMA.
The discount rate experation Date has been extended to August 23rd.
The Special rate of $109 per night double occupancy will be from September 7 through the 13th. This rate gives you a choice of one king size bed or two double beds.
The Convention Date is September 9, 10, and 11, 2011.

LARGE TYPE VEHICLES:
The Hams that need to bring large vehicles or bus type vehicles loaded with ham equipment or with ham equipment that needs to be shown or demonstrated to the public, will be excepted in the Hotel parking lot or at a designated area near the hotel. Please try to get there early. The Hotel agreed with the large vehicles but please don't bring large vehicles if you don't need too. We will need plenty of room for all our registered guests.
